Polymer Aluminum Capacitors

ECAS Polymer aluminum capacitors are available in four EIA 7343 metric case sizes based on rating: D3: (7.3 mm x 4.3 mm x 1.4 mm high); D4 (7.3 mm x 4.3 mm x 1.9 mm high); D6 (7.3 mm x 1.9 mm high) 4.3 mm x 2.8 mm high); and D9 (7.3 mm x 4.3 mm x 4.2 mm high). DigiReel, cut tape, and reel are available. Other specs include:

Capacitance Range: 6.8 μF to 470 μF

Capacitance Tolerance: ±20% and +10%/-35%

Rated Voltage: 2 Vdc to 16 Vdc

ESR: 6 mΩ to 70 mΩ

Operating temperature: -40°C to +105°C
