Simmtech Malaysia's New PCB Factory Will Start To Operation In The Next Year

On December 29, according to Korean media reports, South Korean printed circuit board manufacturer Simmtech Malaysia's new PCB factory plans to start operations in the middle of next year.


This factory will manufacture a memory module PCB with multiple memory chips mounted on a single board. This kind of PCB will used in PCs, servers, and solid-state drives. The construction of Simmtech Malaysia factory is in response to Micron Technology's expansion of factories in Southeast Asian countries.


However, the reason of the epidemic has made the operation of the factory uncertainty.
